PLEASE READ CAREFULLY, by purchasing a tag on-line you agree to all our terms and conditions below

1. The undersigned hunter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Knights Landing Sportsmen’s Club, Inc., River Garden Farms, the Landowners, it’s Officers, Agents, Servants and Employees from any and all claims, causes of action, suits occurring or resulting from any damages or loss to any person(s), including all persons to whom the undersigned hunter may be liable from any loss, damage, cause of action, claims or suits for damages whether intentional, negligent or arising from products liability, including but not limited to loss of property, goods, wares or merchandise, caused by, arising out of or in any way connected with the exercise by the undersigned hunter of the privileges herein granted.

2. The undersigned hunter agrees that the Knights Landing Sportsmen’s Club, Inc., River Garden Farms, The Landowners, it’s Officers, Agents, Servants and Employees shall not be responsible for any claims, causes of action or suits accruing or resulting from any damage, injury or loss to the undersigned hunter arising out or in any way connected with exercise by the undersigned hunter’s usage of any privilege herein granted when such damages results from actions or activities on the part of any person or persons not associated with the Knights Landing Sportsmen’s Club, Inc.

3. The undersigned hunter will be allowed to let a family member or friend accompany them as a non-hunting person only. The undersigned hunter accepts all responsibility for any and all damages caused by said non-hunting companion.

4. The undersigned hunter understands that members caught following the release vehicles are subject to immediate and permanent termination of membership in the Knights Landing Sportsmen’s Club, Inc.

5. Overnight camping on hunting grounds is prohibited unless undersigned has written permission from landowner.

6. The undersigned hunter understands that any false information on this application will result in rejection of said application and termination of membership.

7. The use of all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) is prohibited unless the undersigned hunter is disabled and licensed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (DFW) to use an ATV to hunt upland game. The undersigned hunter must notify the Knights Landing Sportsmen’s Club of the use of the ATV and provide a copy of the DFW license prior to the use of the ATV.

8. The use of night vision devices is prohibited.

9. Driving on farmer roads in the River Garden Farms is prohibited during the hunting season. Driving on farmer roads may result in termination of hunting privileges.

10. The use of copied back tags may be considered fraud and violators may be prosecuted.

11. Enclose check or money order payable to: KLSC Receipt available upon request.

12. Please keep a copy of this completed application for your reference.

13. Requests for a refund(s) must be submitted to the KLSC in writing and must be received prior to opening day of pheasant season. If back tags were issued they must be returned before the refund will be processed.

14. Back tags for youths, 18 years and younger, and spouses are available at $65.00 each. Please provide their information in the space provided. The Associate Member is responsible for the behavior of youth and/or spouse members, and accepts all responsibility for any and all damages caused by said youth and/or spouse members.

15. KLSC does not allow hunting after 3:00pm the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving or Fridays before published planting days. The KLSC will release pheasants four (4) weekends only (weather permitting), but you may hunt both hunting areas the ENTIRE general pheasant season.

16. KLSC offers a one-day pass for $85.00, and a two-day pass for $175.00. Tags must be returned to the KLSC clubhouse at end of hunt. A $25 deposit will be collected when day tags are issued and will be returned if tags are returned to the KLSC clubhouse on the last day of the hunt.
